This 2 bedroom 1 & 1/2 bath has a new kitchen and new appliances.  You can view beautiful gardens from the apartment windows or take a short stoll down the hill to the boathouse that is situated over the water and enjoy the view of Otis Reservoir.  Dock space is optional for a small boat, kayak, or canoe. 

Otis has several country stores for your shopping needs. Here are a few stores of our local stores, Katies Country Store, Papa's Healthy Food & Fuel where they offer organic groceries, Other Brother Fish Market, Berkshire Bank, ACS Otis Hardware, and L & M Auto.

During the summer months Papa's Healthy Food & Fuel host a large Farmers Market in the parking lot.

Winter time is beautiful here.  Downhill skiing and cross country skiing is just a short drive away.

This apartment is completely furnished and has cental air, satelittle TV, microwave and a coffee maker.

The kitchen has dishes, pots, pans, and cookware. The bedding is 1 queen and 2 twins.

Otis is 15 to 45 minutes to most Berkshire County attractions. Here is a list to name a few,
