the beautiful island of Indian Rocks Beach with a private dock. The
home has a pool/jacuzzi, jacuzzi bath inside, bonus room,
fenced in yard and outstanding views. You can relax and play in the
pool, go boating or fishing, stroll to the worlds safest wide sandy
beach, only 2 blocks away, or enjoy the abundance of attractions
available just a short hop away. Upstairs is a spacious 2,220 sq.
ft. living area with cathedrial ceiling, ceiling fans and large
kitchen, a balcony overlooks the pool and jacuzzi. Bonus room down
stairs adds 1800 sq.ft. for family fun. Total under roof is near
4000 sq.ft. The large living room has sliding glass doors, which
open onto the balcony. There are three bedrooms including a spacious
jacuzzi tub in the large master bathroom. The kitchen/dining area is
well equipped with everything you will need, and there is a washer
and dryer upstairs. The fourth bedroom is the pull out couch in the
den upstairs. The bonus room downstairs has the ability to sleep 2,
this house can easily sleep 8 to 10. Two car garage with automatic
door openers with covered entry. Great neighbors that will welcome
you back each time you visit.

Relax by the heated pool and watch the boats go by, fish off the
dock, or take a short walk to the beautiful wide beach to catch an
incredible sunset. You can walk 1 block to the city park which
includes a playground, skateboard park, basketball court and tennis
court. It's all within reach here! There are so many things to do
close by...a variety of restaurants, shopping, fishing, boating,
swimming, golfing, sightseeing, playing, or just laying back and
enjoying life. Home is fully furnished and includes outdoor
stainless steel kitchen grill, six televisions, stereo system,
telephone, wireless highspeed internet, cable TV and much much more.
Every detail to add to your family's happiness has been thought of,

Clearwater Beach is just 10 minutes to the north, and John's Pass
Village in Madeira Beach is approximately 10 minutes south. Both
have numerous water activites, beach shops and many unique
restaurants and nightclubs. There is a trolley that runs up and down
the beach to take you anywhere you need to go. Orlando is
approximately 90 minutes with all the theme parks, and Tampa is a
quick 30 minute hop over the bridge for the Airport, Busch Gardens,
Florida Aquarium, Ybor City, Tampa Bay Buccanneers Football (go
Bucs!), and the beautiful newly redeveloped Downtown St. Petersburg
with Bay Walk is about a 20 minute drive. There's swimming,
sunbathing, snorkeling, fishing, golfing, gambling boats, any kind
of restaurant imaginable, shopping, night life, all withing walking
distance or a short drive. There is a beach trolley that runs from
Sand Key (Clearwater) to Pass-A-Grille Beach, which is a great way
to relax see all the barrier islands without driving.
