Newly renovated Lake House on a quiet country acreage with an unbeatable view of Cayuga Lake, located lake side of the highway on the west side of Cayuga Lake. Short stroll to lakefront access for swimming and boating. Located just north of Dean's Cove State Marine Park for convenient boat launch. Hiking trails for nature walks on the 20-acre property. Wake up early to watch the sunrise right out your window.  Two bedrooms sleep up to 8 people - 1 double bed, 1 twin bed, 1 bunk bed (full/twin), 1 futon.

This property has been in our family for more than 100 years and we look forward to welcoming your family into the pastimes and enjoyment it brings!

This is a quiet family neighborhood.  No large gatherings or rowdy behavior permitted.  Occupancy is limited to 8 on the property without prior approval.

This is a Housekeeping Cottage -- Bring your own linens, towels, paper products, toilet paper and paper towels. (Or additional fee for these items to be provided)

You are required to leave the house in the same clean condition as you found it. (Cleaning supplies & trash bags provided.) Cleaning service after you leave available for additional fee.

50% deposit required at the time of your reservation. (Deposit to be refunded upon cancellation only if we are able to re-rent for the scheduled time frame.) Remainder is due 2 weeks before your arrival, along with a $275 refundable security deposit. A signed rental agreement is required. Security deposit will be refunded within 30 days after rental provided no damages or excess cleaning is required.
