Charming two-bedroom cottage on Conomo Point, Essex, MA. Kayaking, swimming, fishing and boating on Essex Bay all just outside your door step. Tour Gloucester, Rockport and Manchester by the Sea from this central location.
Four-week rental periods for May 1 to May 28, July 1 to July 28, August 1 to August 28, and September 1 to September 28. Occupancy limited to a maximum of four persons. Renters must be water conservation minded. This means 5-minute showers and careful water use while washing dishes. Conomo Point is situated within a fragile ecosystem. Laundry must be done offsite at another resource. Occupants to provide their own linens. No pets or smokers please.

Four-week rentals only. Available for May 1 to 28, July 1 to 28, August 1 to 28, and September 1 to 28. Rate is $2,800 for May, $4,800 for July and August, and $3,600 for September. $1,000 damage deposit also required. Rent Payable 50% upon signing lease and and 50% 30 days prior to commencement of rental period.
