The house is located on exclusive Cromeset Point which is situated at the entrance to the Weweantic and Wareham River. Views from the front deck include the West entrance to the Cape Cod Canal, Scraggy Neck and Old Silver Beach in Falmouth. The house is located on the mainland so you do not have to deal with Bridge traffic. It is strategically located 60 minutes from Boston and Providence. If you are a boater and would like to keep your boat on our mooring it is easy access to the Cape Cod Canal, Cataumet, Falmouth, Woods Hole, Cutty Hunk and Martha's Vineyard. Buzzards Bay water temperatures average 78 degrees so it is great for swimming, water skiing, sailing, kayaking,  tubing or Jet skiing. The house is situated in a easterly direction so the sun rise is spectacular!

The house is a large A-Frame. It has a wonderful deck off the bottom floor which gives you a great area for summertime reading, BBQing, sunbathing and beach front relaxation. It has a wrap around deck off the second floor which offers you great views of Buzzards Bay. And a deck off the lofted third floor living area. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen/dining area, a living room, a den downstairs and the third floor has lofted area for sleeping, relaxing or watching TV. It has plenty of parking and a large back yard for volleyball, badminton or horseshoes.
