Downstairs: 2 bedrooms (one with a queen, the second with a queen and twin bunkbeds), 1 bathroom with a bathtub. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (each with a queen and a twin), 1 bathroom with a standing shower (no tub)
All new stainless steel appliances plus a washer and dryer. Kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need to eat in - coffee maker, toaster, blender, rice cooker, pots and pans and plates/cups/silverware for the whole crowd!
TV/DVD player with cable plus free wifi.
The outside deck has seating for 12 plus a BBQ for grilling.
2 parking spots in driveway, additional street parking available.
vacation rental rates
Standard rate: $325/night, $2,000/week. 2 night minimum.
Holiday rate (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Dec. 23-Jan. 2): $500/night, 3 night minimum. Contact owner for weekly rate.
Cleaning Fee: $225
Security Deposit: $500 (fully refundable if the house is not damaged)
