This 1st floor one bedroom condo is only 1.5 blocks away from the beach, boardwalk (Morey's Pier) and the waterparks.
This condo is pool side and features 2 pools; the pool outside our condo is heated. Enjoy a great view of the Friday night fireworks either poolside or relaxing outside the condo. There are 2 gas grills and outdoor showers. Bike racks are offered but you must supply the lock. There is an on-site coin op washer/dryer. The condo has central air but also offers ceiling fans in all rooms. An off street parking space is provided.
Erin Shores is a family oriented complex and we only rent to families/adults 25 years of age or older.
