Adorable Cape Cod cottage on private Springhill Beach! Owner has 3
cottages in a row on this beautiful bayside property. This listing is
for the cottage set back from the ocean. It is literally a 20 second walk up the private path to the oceanfront. (The oceanfront cottage, pictured near the bottom) has limited availability and does rent for more per week.) Experience Cape Cod away from the hustle and bustle of the towns! Sandwich is the oldest town on the Cape. It is also the first town on the Cape and, therefore, the
shortest trip to Boston and other Massachusetts landmarks.

Cottage is equipped with refrigerator, stove, toaster, and coffee
maker. Cable television is also provided. This cottage has a nice
patio where you can eat outdoors and enjoy the ocean breezes. Linens
are not normally provided. There is a double bed in one room, two
singles in another, and a downstairs bedroom with 2 singles. There is
a possibility of having linens provided for an additional fee of $50.
activities and attractions in Sandwich Cape Cod
Everything is available for you to do in this beautiful area of the
Northeast. Sunning on the beach, swimming, boating, and fishing are
all just out your door. Boston is approximately a 80 minute drive.
Sandwich is the oldest town on the Cape and has many historic
landmarks. Miniature golf and movie theatres are available as well. A
drive out to the tip of the Cape and the Provincetown monument is a
nice way to spend a day. Lighthouse tours are available along the
drive as well. Martha's Vineyard is a ferry ride away.

Currently offering the oceanfront cottage at a rate of $1800 a week. The cottage pictured is available for $1500 a week. Rates are reduced after Labor Day and we will consider weekends only in September as well.
