Vacation Rental Rates
$890 nightly (4 nights minimum)
$4,750 weekly
$14,995 monthly
check in 3pm check out 12noon
House sleeps 2-6. 6 guests included in rate. $100 for EACH extra person PER day (adult or child)
$2,500 deposit necessary at the time of booking. Deposit taken by cash or paypal.
Full payment due at check in. Payment taken by cash, money order,cashiers check, or direct wire
transfer.
cancellation policy: Cancellation MUST be made 30 days prior to arrival.
In this case, full refund will be given MINUS $500 cancellation fee.
Stays less than 30 days, 14% bed tax.
$200 ONE TIME cleaning fee
