WELCOME to our beautiful condo at the ever popular Ledges Condos. Nice complex in the heart of Osage Beach. Has 2 pools, one is out on the Main Channel and also has a very NICE sandy beach area that the kids will love! . Near all activities the lake area has to offer. Several championship golf courses near by, pass right by Sycamore Creek on the way to the condo! Parasailing, boating, go-karts, minature golf all near by. Many restaurants from casual to fine dining. 10 minutes to Big Surf Water Park, Less than 3 miles from Tan Tar A. And 10 minutes to the Outlet Mall.
Our condo has been set up with your comfort in mind which includes Internet access...NICELY decorated and has new tile throughout the kitchen and living area. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you'll need to cook in, OR grill your dinner on the large deck and feed the ducks at the same time. You can access the docks, water and sand beach right off the deck from this lower level unit! NICE set up!
Master bedroom has a king bed with full attached bath. Also has access to the deck from a sliding glass door. NICE! Second bedroom has a queen bed, Third bedroom has a trundle bed , which opens into a King. Both share another full bath accessible from the hall. Comfortable seating area to watch TV or view the water from. DVD player provided. All bedding and towels included. Full size washer and dryer for those extended stays.
Please No Smoking and No Pets allowed so all can enjoy.

40ft slip is available to rent for an additional $25 per night.
