This beautiful 2729 sq ft home has been furnished with brand new beds, chairs, decor, linens, televisions, etc.  There is a heated pool and spa in the backyard that is surrounded by a privacy wall.  There is a gas grill available for use as well.  Free WiFi Internet is provided, along with satelite television and DVR capabilities.  There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in this house.  There are 2 living room/dens with 60 inch smart TVs.  Every room has a television, and the room layouts are below:

Master Bedroom:  King bed, 60 in smart TV, bathroom includes seperate shower and tub and 2 sinks.

Bedroom 2:  Queen bed and 32 in TV

Bedroom 3:  Queen bed and 32 in TV

Bedroom 4:  2 Double beds and 28 in TV

2 Living Room / Dens:  1 located downstairs with 60 in smart TV, very large leather couch (recliners), the other located upstairs with 60 in smart TV, a love seat, and a pull out sofa (sleeps 2).

Sitting Room:  Couch and love seat facing and ornate fireplace with plants for sitting, reading, or enjoying quiet time.

The house has everything you will need to have a comfortable stay.  All furniture, linens, televisions, etc were purchased new in Dec 2012.  All kitchen appliances, dishes, pots and pans are available.  Gas grill is available on the patio, and the heated pool and spa are open year round.

Las Vegas strip is 15 minute drive away, and the house is situated very near several major local casinos.  Within 5 miles there are movie theatres, bowling alley, arcades, casinos, dining, shopping, and just about anything else you will need to have a great vacation.

All rates are negotiable.  Rates are subject to change based on season and special events.  All totals will have $180 added for cleaning fees.  $300 extra will be collected as a security deposit.  This will be refundable within 10 days of checkout as long as no damage is done to the property
