"At The Beach" in Seagrove Beach

Welcome to "At The Beach"!  This well appointed comfortable condo is equipped with everything you need for a wonderful vacation, including the pool (heated for spring break) right outside the bright lanai.  Enjoy morning coffee or afternoon refreshement on the comfortably funished patio. 

Inside there is a fully equipped kitchen with bar stools for extra seating, a full size table and chairs (seating four) and all the dishes and accessories you could ask for.  Adjacent to the dining area is the living room with queen pull out sofa with new memory foal extra mattress, brand new 46" TV, with DVD player.  The unit was acquired just this spring, so a lot of the furnishing and linens are brand new, including the super comfortable king size bed and all the bedding.  Also a brand new 24" TV with DVD in this bedroom.  Full size bath with shower connected to the bedroom complete the floor plan for this bright cheery condo.  

We are a small complex (24 units) so the pool is never crowded.  This condo is completely equipped with everything except your bathing suit.  I have all kitchen asscessories for light meals or Thanksgiving dinner.  About 2 blocks from the condo is a fresh seafood market where they will steam fresh shrimp, crablegs and lobster, or you can purchase fresh catch to prepare at home.

There are bathrooms and changing area at the pool, showers to wash off sand when you come from the beach.  The beach is about 3 blocks (walking) 2 blocks as the crow flies from the complex, easy walk, (about 8 minutes) bicycle or golf cart ride.   We are located 1 block north of Scenic Highway 30-A, an award winning scenic route,  two lane road that runs from Rosemary Beach on the east to Topsail park on the west.  Along this route is a paved bicycle path that passes through Seaside, state parks, lakes and of course, the white sand beaches and crystal waters of the Gulf, about 20 miles.  

There are at least 5 dining establishments within 3 blocks of the complex, from family friendly Italian (Angelina's) to upscale dining (Cafe 30-A) to a wine bar, Goatfeathers (Fresh seafood to go) Subway, you get the idea.  In Seaside there are too many establishments to count. 

Our strectch of Scenic Highway 30-A is for the vacationer who wants convenience, but not the traffic and congestion of big city vacation spots.  Enjoy the quaint town of Seaside or Rosemary Beach for outdoor concerts, children's events and of course our uncrowded beautiful sugar sand beaches which gently blend with the emerald waters of the Gulf.  Watch for Dolphins, manatees and all kinds of waterfowl. 

If you are looking for outlet malls and amusement parks, Destin (20 miles) or Panama City (30 miles) are short drives for excursions or fast food.
