Towns-End is a comfortable 3-bedroom home located in the beautiful vacation town of Boothbay Harbor, Maine. The cottage has a large, fully equipped kitchen with adjoining dining room; an open concept connects to a bright comfortable living room with fireplace. There are three bedrooms and one bathroom. A spacious master bedroom includes a king-size bed, vanity and office area plus a convenient walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms feature full-size beds.
There is plenty of open space on all sides of the cottage to enjoy the outside salt air. A large deck on the back overlooks a private spacious lawn and forested area. The deck offers both a covered section for shade or an open area to enjoy the warmth of the sun while watching the ospreys fly overhead; plenty of deck furniture and a BBQ gas grill make it a great spot for relaxing, entertaining or dining to complete a quaint coastal experience!
It is just a short driving distance to the downtown harbor area (1 and a half miles) or a short walk to the bridge (1 quarter of a mile) that crosses onto the island of Southport. There is a large driveway with ample parking.
