Here comes the sun is a fabulous 4br/3ba 3 story cottage in the gated neighborhood of emerald shores!  Walk to the beach!  You'll find yourself unwinding and relaxing the minute you come through the gates!  This home is situated on one of the bigger lots in a cul-de-sac closest to the beach.  It has lots of outdoor space for the kids!  You'll love the covered front and back porches as well as the 2nd and 3rd floor balconies!  Catch a glimpse of the gulf from the 3rd floor!  There are 2 queen beds, 1 king bed, 4 twin bunks for the kids, and a sleeper sofa!  The bathrooms are spread out with 1 on each floor.  The decor is warm but beachy!  The beach is a short 5 minute walk, less than 2/10 mile!  Hop on the tram if you want during the peak summer!  You'll have access to 2 pools, a tennis court, basketball goal, and a private beach cabana with a short order cafe/bar, restrooms, and picnic tables right on the beach!  You'll make wonderful memories here!  Beach service available for a fee.

The destin area is known as the luckiest fishing village in the world! Deep sea fishing is very popular in the region. The sugary white beaches and the clear, sometimes emerald green waters give true meaning to the word, 'paradise!' the destin area is abundant with restaurants, bars, shopping areas, golf, and water sports.

Vacationing here is an annual, sometimes two to three times a year event for many families! You should come too! When you come once, you'll want to come again and again! Some people make this area home after just one visit! Come see why!

Emerald Shores is a gated community centrally located on Scenic Gulf Drive between the Destin Commons Mall and the Silver Sands Designer Outlet Mall.  We are about 2 miles from either right in the middle!  Neighborhood amenities include 2 pools, tennis court, basketball goal, shuffle board, and a private beach cabana right on the beach!  You'll find restrooms, picnic tables, bike storage, wagon storage, showers, and a short order cafe/bar right on the beach!  No other neighbhorhood along Scenic 98 has this!

Destin is full of activities and all very close!  There are about 10 golf courses within 6 miles!  Take a deep sea fishing cruise or a dolphin cruise at the Destin Harbor only 6 miles to the west!  You'll find restaurants, bars, shops, and street vendors along the boardwoalk at Harbor Walk Village!  The kids will love the Big Kahunas Water Park only 3 miles to the West!  Walk to restaurants along the beach from the house!  Great location, lots to do!

• Trip Cancellation Insurance is offered through CSA Travel Insurance for 6.5% of the total. This coverage is highly recommended in case you have to cancel for a covered, unforeseen reason.
• 50% plus refundable security deposit is required at the time of reservation. The balance is due 30 days before arrival.
