Across the street from the beach! You are just steps away out the front door to Crescent Beach and spectacular sunrises, or go out the back door to the Intracoastal waterway and watch the beautiful sunsets along the Matanzas River. There’s really no point in driving to the beach since it is so close, but if you insist you can not only drive TO the beach, you can actually drive ON the beach! The public boat ramp is 1 mile away if you are a boat or jet ski enthusiast.

The house is a two bedroom single family home (not a condo) and is completely furnished. Ideal for families or couples who need more space (1400 sf). It has two bedrooms, one full bath w/garden tub and a separate shower, and can comfortably sleep up to 5 people, with a queen size bed in the master bedroom, one twin and one double bed in the other.

It has central air and heat, a fully equipped kitchen (including microwave, dishwasher, and all cooking utensils), plus a full size washer and dryer. You'll have cable TV, a DVD, patio furniture, beach chairs, BBQ grill, linens & towels, and even a few beach toys for the kids. Just bring your clothes and we'll supply
the rest!
