Our Beach House II in North Padre Island

A beautiful piece of property that is newly renovated complete with new furniture and appliances and all the charm and beauty to make your trip to the Island extraordinary. We are still in the process of loading photos so please check back on March 7th to see all rooms, but we are currently taking reservations now. This very family friendly townhome is located in the high restricted Padre Isles Community. This large unit is located at the end of a cul de sac street. The town house is located on a large canal with the best sunset in south Texas. The intercoastal waterway is a short boat ride away, as are the little known Padre Isle "ski canals" which offer an excellent water sports area.

The unit consists of a 1 large master suite with private bathroom including a jacuzzi tub. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with 2 sets of double full size bunk beds. All of the bedrooms have TV's. The upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom.

The living area has an open floor plan so those having to cook can still converse and be with people relaxing and watching TV. With large windows lining the wall facing the water, you can enjoy the beautiful south view of the canal where dolphins and pelicans are seen regularly.  The livingroom has a large flat screen TV with satellite tv and there's wireless internet to service the entire house. There's a half bath located downstairs.

The inside dining table seats 4 but there is also a large dining table that sits 6 on the deck. For extra seating, there are also bar stools.

The kitchen is well equipped with two full sets of dishes as well as most utensils and cooking and serving dishes. This is NOT the standard kitchen you will find in most rentals!

If you enjoy sunsets on the water, you are in for a treat! Outside you will find a beautiful 3 tier deck for your enjoyment. There is a gas BBQ grill and plenty of patio furniture to make the evening atmostphere perfect. There is a fishing pier with underwater green lights for night fishing and a boat dock to protect your fishing partner from the elements while she rests. The kids can swim off the deck as the water is usually at least 6 feet deep at the end of the dock.

There is a very nice boat launch about 100 yards away from the house.

The house is positioned halfway between Corpus Christi and Port Aransas. Being 15 minutes from downtown Corpus Christi, you can get to the mall, movies or museums with ease. Port Aransas is a hot spot for tourists and locals alike. You'll find fabulous restuarants, bars, shopping and fishing in Port A.

The closest beach access is 3 minutes away from the house. It couldn't be easier to load up and enjoy a day at the beach!
