Vacation Rental Rates

June to September 2009     - $1,000 weekly - $4,000 monthly / $700 weekend (Friday to Sunday)  
October 2008 to May 2009   - $1,500 weekly - $6,000 monthly - $850 weekend (Friday to Sunday)  
 
ADD: Cleaning fee ($150) + 11% RESORT TAX + Security deposit.

DEPOSIT & RENTAL PAYMENTS: 
Upon reservation we require 10% deposit to guarantee your dates. 90% of full rent required 14 days  
prior to arrival. 
 
CANCELLATIONS: 
Cancellation 14 days before arrival date full rental refund.  
Cancellation (13 days before arrival)the reservation deposit is non-refunadable.  
Early departure does not warrant any refund/return of any rent or deposit.
