The beautiful gourmet kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. What better place to cook a meal while enjoying the picturesque gulf view out the window filled south side of the house? You can choose to dine inside or outside on the gulf view balcony. Tucked in the back you will find a lovely queen bedroom with a flat screen tv. There is also a full bathroom and laundry on this floor.

The third floor opens up into an airy loft with a comfy sitting area that features a sleeper sofa and flat screen tv. The master bedroom has a plush king bed made for sleeping in late, a flat screen tv for those relaxing evenings, and a private gulf view balcony to enjoy the sunrise with your morning coffee or the phenomenal sunsets in the evening.
