Vacation Rental Description
Heaven? No, but close. This Tahoe Donner studio condo is located
fifty
yards from the ski lifts. Enjoy the lobby fireplace while you rest
up for the next run. We offer a 'Serta' Queen size bed, a sofa futon
that opens to a full size bed, and a twin bunk, all fully bedded
with clean new sheets and blankets. This unit is equipped with a
refrigerator freezer, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. It also
includes an ice machine on the same floor, cooking utensils, dishes
and flatware, color TV w/DVD (Satellite signal only a couple of
chanels though)and plenty of books
and movies. Swimming pool, hot tub,
,sauna, and ping pong tables are very close to your
unit. Also at your disposal within one mile is a state of the art
health club, PGA golf course, stables, year round heated swimming
pool, steam room, adult jaccuzzis, childrens pool, bbq's, and
playground equipment. Five miles from your condo is a private beach
right on Donner Lake, With jet ski rentals, small craft rentals, a
private dock, and beautiful white sand. (some of these amenities
require small admission or rental fee and
are seasonal). Feel free to check our on-line calender, it is always
current.

Vacation Rental Rates
05/02-9/30 $500 per week/$87.00 daily
10/01-11/20 $600 per week/$98.00 daily
11/21-05/01 $850 per week/$139.00 daily
11/21-05/01 $850 per week/$139.00 daily
Deposit is $250 if paying by check. Visa MasterCard or Discover ok. If paying by credit card, An approval of $250
will be run but not charged unless the following violations or reservation policies are encountered.
Checks will be refunded within 21 days.
Decor,style,color and inventories could change without notice. The
owner is not responsible for providing furnishings or appliances not
presently in the unit.The total number of persons allowed is
resricted to four,and shall not exceed this limit. Immediate
eviction will occur if this rule is violated.Do to quickly changing
weather conditions, travel delays and temporary road closures are
not uncommon and are not the responsibility of the owner and no
refunds or compensation will be provided in the event this
occurs. There is a NO fee for cancellations 21 days or more before
arrival.Cancellation 21 days or less before arrival forfeit 25%
deposit unless unit is re-rented. Cancellations 5 or less days before rental period will be charged one nights
rent, again unless unit is re-rented. Christmas/New Years reservations
forfeit full deposit No shows forfeit full rent.Upon arrival unit
will be clean, stocked and ready for guests. Cleaning unit is a one
time charge of $75 per rental period and is added to total.

PETS! A non refundable $250 charge will be assessed and immediate
eviction in the
event this rule is violated. No exeptions.
