 Summer Specials with everything inlcuded, children free and up to 5 adults: Weekly $745.00, weekends, $325.00.  For over 5 adults additional fee of 15.00 per person may apply. Also available, property damage protection which covers the renter for those unexpected mishaps and replaces security deposits, please inquire if interested.

A beautiful view and a very comfortable,cozy, clean, family friendly, 2 level townhouse
style condo in the heart of the Mount Washington Valley. Situated on
the edge of conservation land, you will enjoy the peace and
tranquility of the country, yet be minutes away from all the valley
has to offer.
The condo has a full kitchen with all the necessities of home, washer and
dryer, dishwasher, cable, plenty of fresh
clean sheets and towels, an assortment of games and a feeling of home
the minute you walk thru the door.
There are 3 bedrooms on the upper level, the master bedroom has a
queen size bed and a fantastic balcony to enjoy the mountain views.
The second bedroom has a full size bed and the third has two twin
beds. If you need additional sleeping
space, the sofa in the living room pulls out into a comfortable queen
size bed.
There is a patio just off the living room on the lower level. This is
a great area to relax, also it is great for kids, many fields to play
in and enjoy.  This condo has a Nh feeling inside and out so that you can relax and enjoy your stay!

All amenities of home, washer, dryer, microwave,dish washer,garbage
disposal,full kichen, cable, etc.
Just a two or three minute drive from the condo, there is a beautiful
indoor swimming pool with jacuzzi, and fitness center. 1-2 day
passes will be provided for the entire family, depending on length of
stay. Passes are not provided for deal/special rate. However, use of tennis courts and climbing wall and gym can be utilized at
facilityon a walk in basis for an additional charge. All information will be provided
in the event that you would like to access facility.

Please note unit has basic cable, for longer rentals full cable can be offered for difference for rate by renter.

A short drive (5 to 10 minutes) to all the attractions and shopping in
the Mount Washington Valley.
Story Land, Attitash Mountain, Cranmore Ski Area, Black Mountain,
North Conway Village, Schouler Park, Settlers Green Outlet Center,
Heritage House and Cathedral Ledge are just a few.
Hiking and mountain biking trails are also just minutes away. Walk to
the Saco River, or take a drive to Echo Lake State Park. Great for
the winter! There are many fabulous restaurants in the area, some with nightly
entertainment.

Summer specials.....$745 a week everything included, weekends $325 everything included!!!! Early and late check outs if available.

Family friendly rates of only $100-150 per night!!! If you prefer, you
can rent the condo for the entire week at a rate of $850.00. Monthly
rentals are also available. these rates may be lowered for last
minute and off season rentals. Rates may vary due to season and
holidays.
These rates are based on a 5 person occupancy, if your group is larger
than that, please add an additional $15.00 per person, per night.
