"Paradise West" can be rented with its neighbor "Paradise East" to form a 10-bedroom, 10-bath, beach house perfect for a large, family reunion. 

You will feel right at home with six televisions with remote control (one in each bedroom),high speed internet access, pool toys, board games, and movie videos available for your use. Paradise East has a master suite with a king size bed. The other four bedrooms have queens. In addition, there is a large alcove on the second floor with two sets of bunk beds - perfect for the kids! There are a total of one king-size bed, four queen-size beds, 2 - twin bunk beds, and a 2 sleeper sofas. There is also a large laundry room with a washer and dryer. Covered parking is available, and a charcoal grill is located under the house by the pool deck.

Our goal is to give you the absolute best value in beach accommodations today. We want you to feel that the value you’re getting for your vacation dollar will make you want to come back every year! We pride ourselves on our repeat customers. 

Rates include everything except Alabama state sales tax, a $49 damage waiver (gives you $1500 worth of accidental damage coverage during your stay), and a small house cleaning fee of $125. We employ a professional linen service for a charge of $25/bedroom + $10/bathroom which includes all your linens, bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels and even little soaps at all of the sinks. There is also a small amount of clothes detergent, dish liquid and dish washer soap.

There is a $50 cancellation fee up to 30 days prior to arrival.

For your convenience, we can also offer optional trip insurance from AIG, a AAAAA rated insurance company (highly recommended to protect your investment!)
