You cannot get much closer to the pond unless you are on a boat.  This newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 1 bath house has a lot to offer!  This beach cottage is nestled in the corner of the famous Ninigret Pond (house sits 12 feet from pond) and is walking distance to Charlestown Beach.  The house has water views that make you feel like you are on a boat.  A waterfront screened in porch for relaxing and dining. There is cable television, internet access, phone, washer and dryer, outdoor shower, heater and A/C unit and a gas grill for your convenience.
