Our 1st floor condo is located on 13th Ave and is less then a half a block to the beach and boardwalk. Great location for families. Full kitchen, dining room, living room (TV & DVD player), 3 bedrooms. Master bedroom has queen size bed, large walk-in closet, private bathroom and tv with dvd. The 2 other bedrooms have bunk beds: bottom bunk is a full and top is twin. Both rooms have tv. Comforters, blankets and pillows are provided for your convenience. Washer & dryer included. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need: coffee maker, toaster, blender, cooking utensils, garbage disposal and microwave. Enjoy our huge private deck....our favorite place to watch the fireworks. 2 car garage & drive-way to fit another car. Outdoor shower also included. No smoking or pets permitted.
