Ideal for family stays. A large house with one two bedroom unit down
and one large one bedroom upstairs with separate entrances. For larger
parties, a detached open one bedroom is available. All units rented
together can comfortably sleep up to 12 people.

DaSilva Designer Suites is an elegant 1930's home renovated and
modernized with marble fireplace, granite and marble countertops in
baths and kitchens, oak flooring and modern appliances. Recessed
lighting makes this lovely home relaxing and welcoming!

The bottom apartment opens up to a beautiful pool with a colorful
surrounding garden filled with flowers and birds. The upstairs
unit has a balcony and widows walk which also overlook the pool
and lovely gardens. You are hidden away in a unique and private
getaway while being steps to the beach and close to shops and
restaurants.

Fireplaces, hardwood floors, cable TV's with DVD, Surround
Sound, internet, fully equipped kitchens, dishwasher, disposal,
microwave, heated pool, A/C, gas bar-b-ques, washer, dryer, Gulf-Side
beach access.

Swimming and relaxing in a semi private pool, steps to the beautiful, wide
Treasure Island Beach which provides cabanas, kite flying festivals, shelling,
sand castle building and warm swimming.

A two minute walk down the beach brings you to famous John's Pass where
there is wonderful dining, shopping, jet skiies, fishing,music and para sailing.

The town of Treasure Island is a 10 minute walk with shops, grocery
and drug stores.

We are located between the more expensive Marriott Residence Suites and
the SunVista Condo Hotel, behind the Shake Shop (ice cream).

Weekly Rates:
November-May $980-$1250 per unit depending on number of people and whether the pool is heated

Monthly Rates (available only September thru February):
Range of $3000 to $3500 depending on month, number of people, unit size

Above rates do not include 12% tax and cleaning fee of $65 per unit
