New construction in a prime location! This home is a brand new 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathroom freestanding condo located on a quiet dead-end street. This tastefully decorated home has all the modern conveniences and is sure to satisfy a couple or small group looking for a well appointed, clean, comfortable, sizeable home close to town and the beaches!
Located in the East End gallery district, it is a short walking distance to Commercial St. (less than 1/4 mile) and Provincetown Center. This is a prime location for access to town and the beaches yet secluded enough to be a private escape.
Condo has a full modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, large dining table and a comfortable family room. There is an open layout for dining and family room area on the first floor. There are 2 decks (farmers porch from the main entrance & balcony off of the master bedroom) and a very large private patio space with lounge seating and dining table. A perfect place to enjoy a private dinner or to entertain friends!
The second floor includes 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has a full size bed. There is also a queen size air mattress that can be used for an additional guest. There is a full shower/bathtub in the upstairs bathroom and a shower in the first floor bathroom. There are 2 parking spots deeded to the condo, which can be great since parking in Provincetown can be difficult to come by and most places charge for parking.
