Three bedrooms, King size bed in master bedroom with bath/shower, queen size bed in guest room with deep jacuzzi in bathroom and bunk beds in loft area.

Living room has wood burning fireplace, and deck. Spiral staircase leads up to loft overlooking dining and living room area and a deck overlooking olympic size heated pool. Unit is directly next to the pool.
The unit is on the second floor (about 20 steps up) approximately 1400sq ft. There is one assigned parking space and other guest space.
Quiet, PRIVATE, residential area close to shopping.
Furnished with everything necessary for a wonderful Jersey shore summer!
All new appliances.
Utilities included (gas, electric, water/sewage)
Cable, internet and telephone paid for by renter.
