Beautiful Condo in the Catalina Foothills! Coronado Place in Tucson

Located in a secluded and quiet corner of Coronado Place in the foothills off of Tanque Verde, this condo is close to Udall Park, a groceries, wonderful restuarants, and much more. The complex has an unheated pool and hot tubs.

This air conditioned condo has all linens, microwave, toaster, kitchen supplies, a phone, an iron and board, washer and dryer as well as

a computer and printer.

The condo has internet service as well as cable. There are 3 televisions. One in the living room and one in each bedroom.

The condo also has a fire place.

Udall Park is within walking distance. Sabino Canyon is just a short drive and is a great place for hiking and birdwatching. Colossal Cave, Kartchner Caverns, the Plane Boneyard, the desert museum, the plane museum, U of A, and so much more to do!

12/15-4/30 $700 per week, $600 per additional week

5/1-9/15 $400 per week, $345 per additional week

9/15-12/15 $500 per week, $450 per additional week

Extra Fees:

Renters Insurance $49

Clearning Fee: $125 ($100 is refunded if left in move in condition. The other $25 is an inspection fee. If it needs cleaned, the $25 is returned).

If reservations are canceled less than 60 days from rental date, there is no refund. If canceled over 60 days, there will be a $40 cancellation fee.

Full payment of all fees and rent $ is due 60 days before first day of rent unless renting after 60 days then it is due ASAP.

All complex rules must be followed. Failure to do so will lead to eviction without a refund.
