Villa offers 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 full baths and a total living area of  approximately 1,800 square feet plus a large out door patio and a boat dock. This vaulted ceiling one-story villa presents a posh beach-side residence repletes with imported stone, tile and granite as well as rich wood moldings and exceptional  work details eminent throughout. Every facet of the  Villa has been customized with the finest-quality materials and designer finishes available today. The gourmet kitchen is a masterpiece and it would be the focal point to entertain the family and friends. Even in the height of summer, the home is easy to get to and away from the traffic congestion that occurs further down the main beaches. With its ideal location and luxuriously appointed details, this home truly provides the ultimate accommodation for a fabulous resort-style living for any discriminating guests  looking for their perfect home. The property offers 2 car over-sized garage with additional 2 car parkings. Out door living includes a private and exclusive 45 foot boat dock just behind the villa to take your life style to the next level possible.
