You don't hear this very often, but YES!  WE DO WEEKENDS!  This unit also can rent for full weeks with an usual schedule - arriving on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday for a full week.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit is smartly decorated and very comfortable for a family.

Garfield Ave., Wildwood!  The views from this top floor unit will amaze you!  See the bay and across the whole island from your large private deck.  All the amenities are here that you need and expect for a great vacation - parking for three cars off street, a semi-private back yard with a gas grill.  Plenty of comfortable furniture, and big screen and flat screen TVs everywhere.  This unit is less than six blocks from the beach and boards, and in the center of the boards - right in front of Morey's Great White roller coaster ride pier.

WEEKENDS!  Choose any two nights with early arrival/late departure, or any three nights with standard arrival departure times.  Prime time July and August weekends - $1,250.00 each, and professional cleaning is always included upon departure.  Weekend only prices start at just $ 500.00 for the early or late season.  Email with your dates and information about your family for a quick and speedy rate quote.

MID-WEEK SPECIALS are available too!  They normally run from Monday to Friday - four nights - $ 500.00 to $ 800.00 each, depending upon dates and length of stay, and professional cleaning is always included.

FULL WEEKS are available too!  Arrive and depart on YOUR schedule - flexible as to day of arrival, even prime time!  Less than a full week is OK too, as well as extended stays of two or more weeks.  Email with your special request.

Cancellation Policy:
Tenant notification 90 days or more prior to check in date, all deposit monies, less 15% cancellation fee, shall be returned to the tenant. Tenant notification less than 90 days prior to check-in date, any refund is based on the re-rental at no loss to the owner, less 15% cancellation fee.
