Tucked away in the Smoky Mountains near Waynesville, Everview is truly an outdoor-lover’s retreat. The 360-degree views from the private deck are enough to leave you breathless—and we haven’t even touched on the indoor amenities.
The cabin-style home boasts four spacious bedrooms, making it the perfect getaway for groups. Everview can easily sleep eight people, although couples have found it to be a lovely escape for two. The master bedroom is especially luxurious, with a king-size pillow-top bed, a flat-screen TV, French doors that open onto the private deck, and an in-suite bathroom with his-and-her sinks and an oversized shower. The upstairs guest bedroom also has a flat-screen TV, a private bath, and mountain views. The downstairs bedrooms share a full-size bathroom; one bedroom has a full-size bed, and the other, two twin-size beds.
Walking into the upstairs living room, you’ll be greeted by cathedral ceilings, floor-to-ceiling mountain views, and French doors that open onto the back deck. The open floor plan and plush furniture create a spacious, relaxed environment—the kind of place to get lost in a good book, watch a movie on the 46-inch flat-screen TV, or simply enjoy a roaring fire. The formal dining area includes a fully stocked china cabinet, and the gourmet kitchen features state-of-the art appliances, stone countertops, and a mountain view. Guests are also welcome to take advantage of the free wi-fi.
Given the size, quality, and location of Everview, you’ll be hard-pressed to find better value elsewhere. Our rates include those sometimes-hidden charges like reservation fees, cleaning fees, and all the rest. And we’ve never received a negative review—all of our past guests have given us no less than five stars.
In terms of location, Everview couldn’t be better situated. Bird watchers are in for a treat; the area around us boasts numerous species for you to discover. You’ll also find much to love in Pisgah National Forest and the famous Blue Ridge Parkway, which is considered “America’s Favorite Drive.” Both are located close by. The road that leads to our home from the main highway is completely paved and offers a beautiful 6-7 minute drive through rolling farmland. No steep climbs at all.
The Smoky Mountains offer an array of activities all year long, and Everview provides a superior home base for exploring North Carolina’s natural beauty. Waynesville, just 15 minutes away, has opportunities for golf, fishing, horseback riding, rafting, shopping, and skiing; Maggie Valley, only 20 minutes away, offers everything from skiing to horseback riding to ziplining. Outdoor magazine has consistently rated nearby Asheville as one of the top destinations for outdoor recreation and adventures. All three towns have excellent restaurants, or you can easily pick up groceries at the local market.
With its sweeping views and comfortable amenities, Everview is booking up fast for the 2013 season. Contact us today to reserve your dates!
