A Tropical Island Condo Located on the Water in Marco Island

Located on the water's edge, our 4th floor condominium offers a
beautiful view of Marco River and the Everglades.

Decorated throughout in a tropical decor, the bedroom features a king
size bed. The fully equipped eat-in kitchen offers a gorgeous view
of the water, however, most of our friends and guests prefer to dine
on the screened-in lanai which boasts views of the bay, pool and hot
tub.

The living room provides a wonderful place to relax. Often, opening
the floor to ceiling glass sliders provide a breeze preferable to the
air conditioning.

Since we only have one bedroom and one bath, the condo is best suited
for a couple (particularly for longer stays), however it will
accommodate four people by utilizing the queen size sofa bed.

Our condo is located directly on the water and offers 2 pools, 2 hot
tubs, 3 tennis courts, and a private fishing dock. Walk along the
water's edge of the private marina and see if you can spot one of the
many dolphin playing in the water.

Marco's gorgeous white sand beach stretches over 3 miles long and is
located on the west side of the island...a 5 minute drive. The beach
is great for relaxing, shelling and water sports. Rent a boat and
fish the backwaters of the Everglades, arrange an off-shore fishing
charter on the Gulf of Mexico, take the express cruiser to Key West
for the day, enjoy an airboat ride, or a sunset dinner cruise.
Marinas, golf courses, supermarkets, library, and a movie theater are
just minutes away. Many restaurants are within walking distance.
Visit Naples 5th Avenue, known for its shopping and restaurants,
Naples Pier, and the 3rd Street art galleries. All within 30 minutes
of Marco.

Marco Island's high season is from mid-December through March,
however the weather is usually gorgeous from late October through the
end of April. Being on the water offers breezes year round.

Although temperatures hover near 90 degrees in the summer months, the
afternoon showers provide wonderful relief for the
evenings. Plan on napping or curling up with a good book for a
couple of hours each afternoon in the summer.

January 1 through March 31 -- $3,600/month (no weekly rentals).

April 1 through December 15 -- $500/week or $1,750/month.
December 15 through December 29 -- $800/week.
