Maui Vista #1218 is a 25 min. drive from airport across peninsula in Maui.This second story end unit condo is within front building with lani facing the beach with partial ocean and sunset views. The one bedroom has a queen bed and the living room has a queen convertible sofa/bead which allows sleeping for four. This 1bd. rm. 1bath unit w/ complete kitchen has been completely remodeled and offers many amenities please see pictures and video. It does have celling fans and aircon in living area and bedroom but the ocean breeze is available through lani sliders and endunit windows. Across the street 100 yards away is Charlie Young beach, a white sand beach with easy access. Walking five minutes north is a beach park with surfboard and kayak rentals and with shopping and eating establishments.It's a short drive south to Wailea with golf and a large shopping complex as well as many places to explore hiking and snorkeling and swimming on the many white sand beaches.
