National Seashore. On the west end of Santa Rosa Island is the Historical Ft. Pickens where you can watch the Blue Angels practice and explore the fort. Drive off the island and enjoy our zoo or take a short drive to the Pensacola Naval Air Station (Home of the Blue Angels) to enjoy the Naval Aviation Museum with its IMAX theatre.

Payment/Rental Deposit Policy:  All guests are required to sign a guest rental agreement.  A mastercard or visa is required to be placed on file within 10 days of booking your reservation to hold the condo.  No charges will be  applied to the card unless cancellation occur within 30 days of arrival or damages occur while occupying the condo.  The full rental payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival. Cancellations that occur prior to 30 days of arrival require a $150 processing fee.  Cancellations within 30 days of arrival result in the loss of the $150 processing fee along with the full rental amount if the condo cannot be rented for the booked dates.  YOU MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE TO SIGN RENTAL AGREEMENT AND MUST BE PRESENT  DURING RENTAL BOOKING DATES.
