** Low season - Sep 5th-May 18 ... Min stay 3 nights - * Rate $200 night or $1500/week  $3400/month.

** Departure cleaning fee of $150.00. Subject to change at any time.

Once we confirm the details of your reservation, you will receive a short term rental agreement via email. We require 50% of the total payment due at the time of booking in order to reserve your requested dates.

Please note that no reservation is confirmed until we receive BOTH the signed rental agreement and the 50% of your total payment. The remaining 50% balance is due 45 days prior to your arrival date.
