Fully appointed kitchen, with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, dishes, cooking utensils and linens, plus two eating areas--dining room just off the kitchen and another on the private patio.  But watch out--the rope hammock next to the patio may convince you it's time for a nap.  

The big back yard provides space to spread out, and contributes to the quiet surrounding this home.  Small sitting area in the front catches morning sun and is also pleasant in the evening, when you may see doves and quail exploring the neighborhood.

Within walking distance of the world famous fountain at Fountain Park, where you'll find inviting shops and eateries, plus a playground and splash park.  Or bring bikes to explore further on the wide streets.

All rentals require a refundable damage deposit ($250 for stays less than one month and $500 for stays of one month or longer) and $100 non-refundable cleaning fee.
