Sunny Apartment/condo 980sq ft on The Plateau in Montreal

Welcome to 'Billie and the 3 Poulettes' Place! We wish you a very good stay in our superb non-smoking bright and sunny apartment located on the Plateau Mont-Royal. Our apartment counts 2 closed bedrooms for 2 to 4 active guests who want to discover Montreal and its surrounding while having a cosy and quiet space when comes the night. We are located on a quiet and residential street of the Plateau, and this required the tenants to be respectful of the tranquillity of the neighbourhood. We are cyclists and enjoy sports and we have a storage area for your bikes or other sports equipment. If you own a car, you can park on the street free of charge. 

How to book
Contact us to know the appartment's availability. Once the dates confirmed we'll send you the total amount as well as the renting/cancelation conditions. Make sure you read the conditions carefully before sending your 50% deposit on reservation. The other 50% will be paid upon arrival (in cash). The appartment will only be reserved upon reception of the deposit. Currency is in Canadian Dollars.

Deposit to guarantee the reservation
You will be required to advance 50% of total amount of the renting cost to guarantee your booking.
By Paypal: Secure and rapid for Internet payment. You can subscribe on the Paypal Internet site and pay directly with your credit or debit card. Everything is secured and no one sees your card number.

Once the booking is confirmed
Once we received your deposit we will send a booking confirmation by email that will stipulate: total amount to pay (for week-end, week or month), deposit to guarantee the reservation, arrival and departure dates/hours, temporary renting contrat, address, how to get there, how you'll get the keys and our contact information.

Cancellations
The deposit to guarantee the reservation is refundable minus 100$ for service fees in case of cancellation one (1) month or more prior to the date your booking was to take place. In case of a cancellation in less than one (1) month of the planned arrival date, there will be no refund.

Upon arrival
The arrival day you will sign a rental contract which includes the Terms and Conditions and pay the remaining of the rental cost (50% in cash). We will then give you the keys. The apartment will be available from 15h00 on your arrival day. The conditions state, that you conform to the building rules : The appartment IS NOT a place for parties, it is rather a place to sleep, eat and relax. PLEASE read carefully the Terms and Conditions you will be liable for. By conforming to those you will allow other travellers to enjoy this place as well. 

Upon departure
Check out time is 11h00 the latest, the day of departure.

The apartment is all furnished and the price includes Wireless Internet as well as all amenities required in your daily activities. Note there is no computer nor a television.

In this 'Trendy' disctrict you will find everything for all tastes in a walking distance: Subway stations Sherbrooke and Papineau, parks (of whom the famous Lafontaine or the Mont-Royal Parks), cycling paths, swimming pools, cafés, restaurants, shopping shops, down town (20 minutes walking), etc. A bicycle Bixi station is found at 50 feet from the door. 

Montreal is living at the pace of all kinds of Festivals all year long: Jazz, Just for laughs, Nuits d'Afrique, cinema, Fireworks, and much more! You'll benefit from this location so it will be much cheaper than if you'd be staying in a Hotel down-town.
