Both the bedrooms have contemporary Queen Size Beds, contemporary bathroom------

All our apartments are tastefully furnished, keeping in mind that your stay is most comfortable & a memorable one. Look forward on seeing you soon. We have 2 identical apartments in this building.

The configuration of the apartment is as follows. Size is approx. 950 square foot. This is a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment.

There are 2 bedrooms that have queen size beds (sleep 4) 

The living room has 2 sofa-beds that open into 1 queen size bed & 1 full size bed (sleeps 4) in addition to that there is an air mattress that becomes a queen size bed (sleeps 2)

Dining table can seat up-to 6 people, Full kitchen.

Please judge for yourself if your party will be comfortable as every individual has their own comfort level.

Please note that weekend rates would apply if the stay is less than a week.
Weekend nights are Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday.

WEEKEND NIGHTLY RATES ARE $60 HIGHER THAN THE ADVERTISED RATE

Holiday Rates Start December 15th Thru January 2nd @ $475 A Night minimum stay is 1 week.

One time cleaning fee $130. for up-to 4 people. This may increase with the number of people.

NYC Taxes apply and are not included in the published rates

Rates are based on a 4 people stay. $25 + tax per person per night on parties of over 4 people.
