This recently renovated modern elegant townhouse is upscale yet has
a cozy, comfortable, relaxing and inviting entertaining floorplan.
60-70 steps to the sand, the townhouse is separated by the beach by
approx. 3-4 homes and a green belt.  It is located on the Pacific 
Ocean side of Pacific Coast Highway.  Ideally located centrally 
between Long Beach, Seal Beach on the north, and Huntington Beach and
Newport Beach so. of Sunset Beach.

shopping, fast food, five-star restaurants - romantic; steaks/seafood.
Basic equipped kitchen - coffee pot; dishes; utensils/minimal 
basic cookware. Microwave, dishwasher, new stove/range/oven; 
Refrig/freezer.

Activities and Attractions

Windsurfing, surfing, swimming, boogie boarding, biking, roller-
blade, jogging on greenbelt and/or beach; Fishing, boating, tours. 
Shopping at conveniently located malls, Home Depot, sports clothing 
and paraphernalia. Miniature golf, theme parks, amusement parks: 
Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, Knott's Soak City,  Nixon Library, 
Wax Museum, (within 30-60 miles); 1.5-2 hr. to San Diego or to 
Tijuana, Mexico border for shopping or restaurants.

The younger crowd can shop and enjoy night life partying at 
Huntington Beach Main Street/Pier, while the more mellow crowd can 
stroll, shop, and enjoy the quaint Seal Beach and Seal Beach Pier;
 both areas just within 3-4 miles each way from Sunset Beach.

Winter Rates:$250/nt 14 min;$300/nt 7 min.; $350/nt 1 nt min.         
Winter Season: Sept 6-May 15

Summer Rates:  $400/nt 14 min.;$450/nt 7 min.; $500/nite 3min.
Summer Season: May 16-Sept 5; Spring Break - parts of March/April 

Surchg. for holidays, weekends only, over 6 guests, may apply. 
Possible eligible discts to off peak season, may apply.
Non-refundable cleaning fee $150 varies depending on no. in party.
50% Non-refundable booking fee, applies to rent upon departure.
Balance due one month prior to occupancy. We think this is the nicest
