Paradise in Englewood

The house is large and comfortable for up to 6 people. The pool area is totally enclosed by screening and wonderful for swimming, or just enjoying the comfy outdoor furniture which is under a covered area next to the pool. The back yard is totally fenced, offering privacy and beauty.  The house is air conditioned and as well there are fans in each room. There is internet, wide screen tv, laundry, a bicycle and treadmill for your use.

The Master bedroom and bedroom 2 have queen sized beds, bedroom 3 has a double bed. The 2nd and 3 bedrooms are on the opposite side of the house from the master, and have their own door leading to the pool area. The master bedroom and the living room have patio doors leading to the pool area, that completely slide away, to make outdoor living part of the house. There is a BarBQue on the patio, just outside the kitchen area.

The house is located in a quiet cul de sac in Englewood, Florida, which is between Sarasota and Fort Myers on the Gulf of Mexico. It is a 5 minute drive (or 15 mins on a bike) to the beaches of Manasota Key including Stump Pass Park, Englewood Beach and Blind Pass Park, where the sand is white and covered in shells. There is a state park just a couple minutes walk down the street, which has trails for walking and biking.  Oyster Creek golf course is within 5 minutes.

The house is close to Englewood's grocery stores, shopping, restaurants and of course the beaches.  Dearborn Street, (Englewoods downtown area) has lovely shops, restaurants and weekly farmers market.

The town of Venice is about 1/2 hour north and has a charming shopping area as well as beaches and good restaurants. It's about 1 hour to Sarasota which has amazing shopping at St. Armands Circle...it's about 3 hours to Orlando and all the DisneyWorld attractions. There are lots of public golf courses nearby, the closest is about 5 minutes drive.

May 1 to June 30 - $200/night

July 1 to Sept. 30 - $100/night

Oct. 1 to Oct. 30 - $200/night

May to Oct - $2,000 per month.

30% deposit upon booking, balance due 30 days prior to arrival.  Paypal/cheque/internet transfer.
