Each has direct pool access, master bath and cable TV. Third and fourth bedrooms each have two twin beds and share a full bath with tub. Wireless Internet Access, High Chair, and portable crib are provided.

The home has a unique Mediterranean style with the classic red tile roof and beautiful brick pavers in the pool area. The pool, with a screened lanai and eating area, faces west. All doors leading to the pool deck are equipped with alarms to protect small children. The two-car garage has been converted to a game room with a pool table, air hockey.

A clubhouse has a larger game room with full size pool table, fitness room, wireless Internet access, printer and fax, and a library of DVDs and books to borrow.
