king sized bed, large walk-in closet, jacuzzi tub and dual sinks.  
Secondary bedrooms host either a king or queen size bed, plus a 
single fold-out bed.  This home far exceeds the standards of rental 
homes on Marco Island.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

3 car garage, key lot, boat dock, swimming pool & jacuzzi, large 
lanai on the water, cul-du-sac street, washer/dryer, seperate 
freezer, and all kitchen appliances included.  Kitchen includes all 
eating and cook ware.  Bath and bed linens provided.  Pool and yard 
mantainence provided at owner's expense.

Activities and Attractions

Walking distance to shopping, restaurants and movie theater.  Short 
distance to public beach.

Vacation Rental Rates

Prefer seasonal rental, 3-6 months at $8,000/month peak season, and 
$5,000./month off season. Shorter term rentals as available at the 
following rates:  Peak season; 1 week $2,800., 2 weeks $5,000., 3 
weeks $6,700.  Off season; 1 week $1,800., 2 weeks $3,200., 3 weeks 
$4,200.  Peak season considered December 15th through May 30th.
