Doors to the pool are fitted with child safety alarms

Vacation Rental Amenities

Everything is on your door step if you stay in Chatham Park.  When  
you’ve finished with Disney, Universal, Islands of Adventure and Sea  
World, try shopping in Florida Mall or Belz on International Drive,  
or just chill in one of the numerous restaurants that are located  
very close by.  Take an air boat ride on one of the numerous lakes,  
go fishing or play golf on the massive choice of courses from Crazy  
to Championship, take a ride down to the Rodeo, visit Old Town with  
its Classic Car parade and other magical attractions, or speed down  
to Daytona to catch up on a bit of NASCAR racing.  I saw a picture  
the other day of a small girl with Cinderella infront of her Castle  
in Magic Kingdom with the caption "Since the age of 3 she told  
everyone that Cinderella was her favourite Princess.................  
Today she told Cinderella"  Make the dream come true.  
 
Chatham Park also offers a beautiful childrens play area, communal  
pool, basketball and tennis courts.

Prices are $750 per week ALL YEAR. This is the price for the villa  
NOT per person 
Please contact us for a quote as we frequently run offers for late  
availability and extended booking discounts. 
Rates are fully inclusive of all taxes & normal end cleaning charge. 
Pool Heat is at an extra cost of $100 per week
