This three-room poolside suite waiting for you at the top of the Santa Monica Mountains has a large bedroom with queen bed and a huge walk-in closet. It has an 11 foot vaulted beam ceiling and a ceiling light fan. The guest home can sleep up to four with an additional twin bed and a child's bed in the spacious bedroom. Pacific Ocean breezes skim their way over the mountaintops and fill this area with fresh air. Two private entrances to the guest home, 1.)  the main entrance and 2.) to the pool from the bathroom. The home has its own air conditioning and heat controls but is rearely needed because of the temperate climate.

The wonderfully spacious living room has a desk, couch, 41-inch flat screen TV, with DVD and Cable, and an expansive view of the hills and the Valley. The kitchen area has a refrigerator, microwave, large stainless steel sink, two burners, toaster convection oven, coffeemaker, wine glasses, glassware, plates and silverware. The bathroom is brand new, beautifully tiled, with custom cabinetry and a stunning glass block shower. There is a separate entrance to the private backyard complete with a large pool, seating area, bar area, BBQ, hammock, and basketball net.  The living room can double as an office, an inspiring working space for executives coming to town or writers who need a quiet retreat. Perfect for a single, a couple, and  55+.
