Monthly rates

Monthly rates are available Oct-March at $1250.00 per month.

Rates do not include $185.00 one time charge for cleaning and linens, a $50
reservation fee, and sales tax. Reservation fee can be waived if all payments
are made by check and/or money order. You must be 25 years old or a family to rent this unit. Generally during the months of June, July, and August this unit only rents from Saturday to Saturday.
