have outstanding riverside locations. Our Riverwood Lodge (sleeps 8-
12) is very spacious and perfect for entertaining, and our charming
Old River Lodge (sleeps 6-9) has the best panoramic views of the
river!

Fireplace, covered outdoor living and dining space, gas BBQ,
hot tub spa for 5, cable TV, VCR, CD, and DVD, phone, WIFI Broadband
(wireless internet), indoor table tennis (ping-pong). Fully
equipped gourmet kitchen, including tableware, utensils, and
cookware. Large rustic dining table seats at least 10. Refrigerator with
icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster and blender.
Linens and towels provided. Five queen size beds, plus a log daybed
with pop-up trundle unit stored beneath. Parking for up to 4
vehicles.
Restrictions: No pets. No smoking.
Firefly Lodge is located along a scenic stretch of the Russian
River, hidden away in the heart of wine country, and yet only two
short miles to Healdsburg, with its charming shops, antique
emporiums, art galleries, cinemas, fine restauruants, and wine
tasting rooms, all encircling the picturesque town plaza. Firefly
Lodge is within easy reach of the more than 70 wineries in the
region. Golf links are located one mile away, and tennis facilities
are nearby.
Activities include visiting nearby wineries, hot spring spas,
ancient redwood groves, sandy Pacific Ocean beaches, Lake Sonoma,
and Healdsburg's Alexander, Dry Creek, and Russian River Valleys.
Arrangements can be made for organized tours, bicycle and canoe
rentals, hot air balloon rides. On site at Firefly Lodge are table
tennis, a variety of board games, VCR and DVD players and two
televisions. Great Blue Heron watching, especially in the early
morning hours as the mist rises from the river, is fascinating.
Hiking trails are nearby.
From Firefly Lodge's riverside deck guests may launch canoes,
kayaks, swim, or sunbathe, in season. Water recreational activities
abound on this portion of the Russian River, with it's clear water
and unspoiled beauty. (Located on a native salmon run, steelhead
fishing is also possible.) The covered deck is perfect for relaxing
riverside barbequing and dining, and is a favored place for guests to
unwind and enjoy great conversations and panoramic views.
