Assigned parking spot for 1 car, guest parking is also available.

Bedroom has a queen size bed (sleeps 2), closet, and 2 dressers.
Living room has a futon sleeps (1) and a twin bed (sleeps 1). If you have 5 people I can provide you an airbed, but with 4 people or less, you will have great sleeping accommodations without airbed.
Large dining table for 4 people.
Kitchen has stove, microwave , refrigerator. Also everything you need to make a meal pots and pans, plates, cups, and other things that are necessary for cooking.
We provide you with linens and towels
Fort Lauderdale port and airport is 5 minutes drive.
There is bus stop and gas station and pizza place around the corner,
You can also do bbq's on premises, as well as laundry which is $1.50/cycle.

Please add 13% taxes and $85 cleaning fee to all reservations less then 6 months.

If you are staying 1 month or more you are responsible for your internet and electricity bill which should be around $100 all together.
