Ready to get away?? Enjoy a fabulous vacation in a dream house in a dream location! 

The house is brand new with hardwood floors, 9/10’ ceilings, granite in all the kitchens and bathrooms, café stainless steel appliances, and 2 master suites so you can bring two families to enjoy it! The first thing you’ll notice as you approach the house is the spacious downstairs porch. From the porch, you’ll enter into the main living area which offers a huge dining / living / kitchen space with high ceilings, a TV and DVD, and plenty of room for a large group to eat, drink, and be merry! The kitchen offers granite counters and café stainless steel appliances with state of the art features. As you continue past the living area you’ll find a a half bath and a laundry room equipped with a gas dryer that dries your towels in no time! There is a downstairs master suite furnished with a king bed and TV and DVD player, along with a master bathroom. Off the back of the house is another porch that leads to two private parking spaces and an outdoor shower.

Moving from downstairs to upstairs on the open staircase you’ll find a day room at the top of the stairs equipped with a TV and DVD player. This is a very kid friendly space with bright fun colors and a side table that is perfect for coloring and activities. The couch in this space is a full pullout sleeper couch. Continuing towards the back of the house you’ll see a full bathroom with granite countertops and double sinks and a dual shower/bath tub. Connecting to the bathroom is a room with twin beds. Opposite the bathroom is a fun bunk room with a twin over double bunk that also has a trundle pull out. There are TV’s with built in DVD’s in both of these rooms. The bunk room is perfect for packing in a few kids for a fun movie night! 

At the end of the upstairs hall is the second master suite. There is a king bed and a large bathroom with granite counters and tile flooring. Relax away from it all in this master suite which also has a TV/DVD player. In addition, there is a huge walk in master closet. It is so big that we have even put a desk in there for those unfortunate few that may need to do a little work! There are also some office supplies to make it easier on you and get you back out to the beach or pool more quickly! Of course, we have wireless internet.

Heading back towards the front of the house upstairs exiting the day room you’ll see another HUGE porch that is screened and is our favorite spot in the house. It's the best place to be first thing in the morning with a cup of coffee and a good book!

Now, about the dream neighborhood! For those that are pool lovers, look no further. The neighborhood Gathering Place offers three pools with a great shaded seating area. There is one large zero entry pool perfect for kids big and small, a baby pool, a lap pool, and a hot tub that seats twelve! There are two brand new state of the art grills and a bar area in the Gathering Place as well. Beach lovers can enjoy the beach access that is only 2 miles away. For those looking to kayak, YOLO board, play tennis, you are 1 mile away from all of that! Food, wine, and shopping lovers are only 2 miles from the famous Seaside. For those looking to exercise…bikers and runners will have access to the miles of 30A bike path just outside NatureWalk and swimmers can enjoy the three lane lap pool. What more could you want??
