Building is security controlled. Tenants have access to the hotel pool,recreation deck and jacuzzi. Laundry facility is located on the sixth floor. This studio is approximately 370 square feet + large lanai and comes equipped with two double beds, kitchenette (medium fridge,microwave and hot plate) air-conditioning and basic cable TV. Parking is not included ,butavailable thru the resort ($25.00 per day.The availability of this unit is wide open make your reservattion for the future now.
