Vacation Rental Description

Vacation in Paradise! This is it!  All new wood flooring, paint, and 
decor. Landings of Largo two bedroom, two bathroom corner 
condominium recently updated, very spacious, open air porch 
overlooking the pool with BBQ. Nicely furnished with TV's in every 
room. Queen-size bed in master bedroom, two twin-size beds 
(convertible to king) in the second bedroom. Kitchen completely 
stocked with all the latest gadgets. A short walk to the bay front 
dock offers spectacular sunsets! Two pools, 2 tennis courts, 
racquetball court, boat launch,and gated community. Boat rental can 
be arranged. Monthly rentals have a $100.00 cap on utilities.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

2 Heated Pools, 2 Tennis Courts, Racketball, Central Air-
conditioning, Deck/Balcony with BBQ, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, No 
Pets Allowed.  Boat launch and Storage. Dock rental can be arranged.

Activities and Attractions

Located on the gorgeous bay of Florida with spectacular marine life 
and activities. Ocean-lovers will find some of the best snorkeling, 
scuba diving and fishing in the world. The adventurous traveler can 
explore nearby islands, Penny Camp's virgin coral reefs, and enjoy 
the best fishing available anywhere; either back country for bone 
fish, snook and tarpon or deep sea sport fishing for tuna, cobia, 
marlin and sailfish.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rental Rates:     
Jan. thru March 2008-      $2540
April thru July 2008-         $1890
August 2008-                   $1600
Sept. thru Nov. 2008-      $1690
December 2008-              $2440

Security:   $300.00 refundable

Cleaning:   $100.00  fee

*  A $300 security deposit plus 25% of the total rental rate are 
required to book the unit.  Once we reserve the unit it is 
unavailable for others to rent.  Should you cancel your reservation 
you forfeit this money unless we are able to re-rent the unit for the 
same time period.

*  The $300 security deposit is refundable based on walk thru. The 
security deposit paid to us once the unit is booked and is held thru 
the duration of your stay. The deposit will be returned to you once 
an inspection of the condo has been conducted to confirm there are no 
deductibles for damage. Please note, this is done reasonably in that 
if a cup or plate gets broken it's no big deal, but if there is 
severe damage there would be a deduction. We apply a commonsense 
approach - treat it as it were your own!

*   All rental require an 11.5% Monroe County Tax

Processing: $50.00 non-refundable impact fee must be paid 
upon arrival to the onsite Landings of Largo manager in order to 
receive a parking permit and property approval.
