PALM VILLA RESERVATIONS INCLUDE TWO HOUSES AS DESCRIBED BELOW:

PALM I (sleeps 12) has a floor plan that includes a comfortable master bedroom on the main floor (queen bed) plus a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Upstairs is a large queen bedroom with a quaint sitting area. The second upstairs bedroom has a full bed w/single bunk in addition to a futon w/single bunk (this is a great teen/children's room). All bedrooms have TV's and DVD/VCR's. The kitchen is fully equipped and leads to a fully equipped laundry room.               

PALM II (sleeps 11) has a floor plan that includes TWO large and luxurious master suites (one king on main floor and and one queen on 2nd floor) with a twin sleeper chair in each.  Both masters lead to a balcony or patio. The 2nd floor also includes a roomy queen bedroom with a private balcony plus the children are sure to enjoy the surfer theme room with two full beds. All bedrooms include TV plus DVD/VCRs. The spacious kitchen is loaded with all the amenities plus granite counters and stainless steel appliances. 

PALM VILLA is very family friendly including highchairs, pack and play cribs, and safety gates. Gas barbecue grills, patio furniture, coolers, beach chairs, and beach towels are also provided in each house.  WIFI included.

GREAT LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION: 
- Nestled in a private gated community on the quieter east side of Destin.
- Step out the back door to the large community pool (used by few/heated in spring).  Like having a private pool without the expense.
